We use the trusted provider Stripe to handle your payment. Stripe handles credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We never hold your payment details ourselves. 

Our login process is completed via a "Magic Link". When you initiate a login an email is sent to you containing a login link. Opening the login link will complete the login process.

Many email applications (especially on mobile) will default to opening the login link within the email application itself, as opposed to your web browser. Your logged in session will be established in your email application instead of your web browser.

When receiving a login link via email it's best to ensure you open it in your web browser. On mobile you can typically long-press on the link to choose to open it in your web browser. Alternatively you can copy the link from the email and paste it into your web browser.

Once you've established the login session in your web browser it will keep you logged in unless you specifically log out or clear your cache.

As an extra tip, you can copy and paste the login link into different browsers or devices. You can also forward the login link email to other computers if you're trying to log in over there.

At whatever stage that happens, you can cancel your membership directly yourself, or drop us a line and we’ll take care of it for you.
