Waterford and Gunnar are revived under new owners

The legacy American brands will be part of Abra-Cadabra Fabrication's growing Durango, CO-based framebuilding operation.

Industry veteran John Siegrist, his son David Siegrist, and colleague Brad Swaim announced today that they have acquired the Gunnar and Waterford bicycle brands. The group currently operates Sanitas Cycles in Durango, CO, under the parent company Abra-Cadabra Fabrication, which will also now include Gunnar and Waterford.
