For the third year in a row, Mischa Bredewold won the Classic Lorient Agglomération from a reduced bunch, despite hitting the ground earlier in the race. The SD Worx-Protime rider kicked early to out-sprint Marianne Vos (Visma-Lease a Bike) and Eline Jansen (VolkerWessels). The race was impacted by horrible weather that saw a series of small crashes and a lot of riders struggling with stiff legs.

How it happened
- A breakaway of three – Lucinda Brand (Lidl-Trek), Sabrina Stultiens (VolkerWessels) and Josie Nelson (Picnic PostNL) – led the race into the circuits that would determine the winner of this year's edition.
- Rain and wet roads made for treacherous conditions, especially on the narrow roads. Multiple riders hit the deck as the race progressed, but it was usually only one rider at a time. Luckily, most were able to hop back on their bikes relatively fast. The biggest crash in the final 35 km included five riders, one of whom was two-time winner Mischa Bredewold of SD Worx-Protime.
