Pogačar unsure of pre-Tour altitude plans after Žigart's crash
After winning the Tour de Suisse on Sunday, Tadej Pogačar (UAE Team Emirates-XRG) told Het Laatste Nieuws that he was not sure yet what his pre-Tour de France altitude camp plans would be as he tries to balance training with supporting his partner Urška Žigart. The AG Insurance-Soudal rider crashed and broke her jaw at the Tour de Suisse earlier this week.
"We still have to decide," Pogačar said. "Now that Urska needs to recover, our plans have been thrown into disarray a bit. The most important thing is that we can still spend some time together in the coming days." [Het Laatste Nieuws]
